Dr. Ganthner serves dual roles at Regent University as MBA Program Director and Architect in Residence, equipping future leaders to change the world and ensuring they have a beautiful campus to develop. In addition, he serves as the faculty advisor for the Investment Club(learn more at www.regent.edu). 

  Think Design Lead (TDL) are three words that speak to both process and outcome. The TDL curriculum delivers a means to practice design thinking to frame, solve, and lead teams through challenges and embrace opportunities. Delivered in either an 8-week Classroom setting or 2 Day Team Workshop experience.
